Voici une oeuvre composée de plus de 400 vidéos diffusées à la base aux passagers des ascenseurs du Standard Hotel à NY. D’un étage à l’autre, ils pouvaient voyager entre l’Enfer et le Paradis! La vidéo est sortie des ascenseurs et a été mise en ligne…
Un véritable mashup de Marco Brambilla (et oui…le réalisateur de Demolition Man…) où vous allez pouvoir vous amuser à y identifier films, clips et autres icônes populaires. Nous, on a trouvé, entre autres: 300, Ghostbusters, Scary Movie et même Michael Jackson!

Here’s a work made of more than 400 videos. At first, it was broadcasted in the New York Standard Hotel’s elevators. Flying through the floors, the clients could travel from Heaven to Hell! By any divine intervention, the video popped on the Web…

Let’s see that genuine mashup from Marco Brambilla (yep… the Demolition Man’s director!) and have fun identifying movies, video clips and popular icons. We have found : 300, Ghostbusters, Scary Movie and even Michael Jackson! And you, what will you find?

Ce court-métrage, réalisé dans le cadre de l’école Parsons the new school of designs à New York, utilise un dispositif ingénieux au tournage, un beau travail de compositing et un montage efficace afin de nous montrer la terre vu du sous-sol!
